Disadvantages:

1. Accurate setting out and elevation measurement are required Due to the factory production, the size of the prefabricated components has been fixed. If the size is too small during setting out, the prefabricated components will not be installed. If the size is too large during setting out, the structure will cause the phenomenon of large joint. At the same time, in the field construction, the elevation of the shear wall should also be well controlled, otherwise, the installation of the laminated plate will be uneven or the laminated plate will be leveled by the longitudinal calculation, and there will also be a large gap between the plate and the shear wall, and it will be more troublesome to re support the formwork;

2. High requirements for the position accuracy of reserved holes Due to the concrete structure of the prefabricated building, it is required that the size and location should be as accurate as possible when reserving and embedding. Otherwise, it is necessary to re slot and re open holes, which will increase the construction difficulty and even affect the structure;

3. The gap at the bottom of the plate is octagonal, which may fall off easily after pointing According to the field observation, the precast slab is an inverted octagonal slab with large size and small size, and the slab joint formed between the two slabs is a regular octagonal slab. Therefore, although crack resistant mortar is used for pointing, it is easy to fall off and hurt people. Therefore, it is suggested to change the precast slab to a regular octagonal slab with large size and small size, so the joint between the two slabs is an inverted octagonal slab, and the slab can be The joint and the laminated plate are cast in situ together;

4.
